Had lunch today at Sammy’s Pizza and was very impressed with their gluten free (GF) menu. Tried their new crust and thought it was ok but soggy in the middle. I like the last crust they used! Was also a little taken back by their pricing. $15 for a small single serving pizza. Ouch!

We have changed our look . Karmic Krunch has new packaging we are very excited about. Ove r the past year Karmic Krunch has made its way into over 50 stores mostly in the South Pacific Region, including Whole Foods, Mothers Markets and many individual health food stores. We are looking forward to expanding into all regions across the US in the upcoming months. Although we have new packaging we still use the same amazing recipe.

Snack Mix
Gluten Free – Dairy Free – Casein Free – Soy Free
Naturally Sweetened with Organic Agave Nectar
Each order is hand made, shipped fresh and does not contain any gluten, wheat, casein, dairy, soy or added sugar. We use only naturally healthy ingredients including organic buckwheat flakes, organic brown rice and organic corn flakes, loaded with omegas, fiber and protein. We add a generous blend of brazil nuts, almonds, pepita seeds, sunflower seeds, walnuts, pecans, cashews and macadamia nuts. Dried mango pieces and jumbo raisins (with no sulfites or sugar) for a natural kiss of sweetness.
Karmic Krunch is sweetened with organic agave nectar which is a low Glycemic Index sweetener (meaning low conversion to glucose) and will not elevate the sugar level in your body.
